Here are some variables to consider when planning your meeting: ​

TYPE of PRESENTATION:  Keynote, General Session, Break-out or in-house event.

MULTIPLE PRESENTATIONS:  Different or same presentation repeated at same event.

MULTIPLE BOOKING:  Multiple dates across various venues throughout the year.

LOCATION / MEETING VENUE:  Discounts available for the greater Minneapolis/regional area                                     and uniquely exotic destinations.  (Note: Fargo is not considered particularly exotic)

EXPENSES:  May be Invoiced (actual, out of pocket) or EZ Flat-rate Fee

LICENSING FEE:  Permission required for audio or video taping

CUSTOMIZATION:  Above and beyond a personalized program

TERMS:  50% speaking fee deposit to secure the date or EZ one-pay option
